From sleeves and pillow packs to straight line and automatic bottom cartons, our in-house CAD department can design and produce samples to meet your specific requirements. We can create new designs based on your specs or modify existing templates to fit your product. With either approach, we’ll produce a carton with the precise measurements and proper function to display your product in the best light.

We asked CardPak to create a unique folding carton structure for a new product. It was a tall task because the product was unusual in shape and it needed to be visible from all sides. Also we wanted the item to lock into place securely without spinning and yet we did not want to need tape or twist ties to load the item.
